Return Policy for damaged Product:
C.J.’s Candle Creations want you to be happy with your purchase and accept a return within 30 days of an authorized code from us. All packages we ship to our customers are insured. We do not offer a refund on shipping! We offer replacement on all items that are received damaged, defects or wrong items shipped. We are not responsible for, and we will not replace returned candles that are burned improperly, See our page of burning tips. In the event of outer shipping carton has been damaged you should report it to UPS or the carrier and file a claim with them. UPS or the carrier company will then reimburse us so that we can offer a replacement or refund. We must approve all returns by phone, (563)-264-3017 or through “Contact Us” link on our web site. You will be given an approval number, which must be written, on the outside of the box. Any item returned without authorization will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Any item returned that is not damaged, wrong product or refused will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
We must be informed of any damaged product that needs to be returned to C.J.’s Candle Creations for refund or credit within 72 hours of receiving the damaged product.
We cannot accept returns on damaged product that is not reported to us within 72 hours of receipt by the customer. Please specify upon your return request if you want your Credit card reimbursed, a replacement item for the damaged product, or a credit to future purchases on our web site. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and may be returned only in compliance with the return policy. Once an order has been shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason (except where the return is the fault of the shipping company or ourselves), you will be charged both outbound and inbound freight charges, as well as for shipping the product again to a different address.
We are sorry but we will not accept a return or offer refund on items that have been partially used under any circumstances. The decision to return your items must be made before any “seal” is broken or product is used.
Policy of Soy candle shipping and Wax Dipped Animals:
When shipping during warmer months or to warmer climates (temperatures above 80 degrees), Soy candles are oil based and may experience some melting. C.J.;s Candle Creations will not be held responsible if this occurs. It is suggested that if you are concerned that this will occur, to choose 2nd day air or overnight shipping when you are ordering online.
Shipping overseas disclaimer:
C.J.’s Candle Creations will ship Internationally, however we reserve the right to refuse sending a shipment to any destination we deem necessary. In the many instances International shipments cannot be tracked and we do not guarantee delivery of shipments to International destinations outside the United States. Although we will work with you carefully to try and find a solution for a missing package there is ultimately no recourse due to the fact that International packages cannot be tracked accurately. When requesting International shipment from cjscandlecreations.com you are ordering at your own risk. We have a low casualty rate of problems but are not ultimately responsible when an isolated incident occurs of lost or stolen shipment. The only way to accurately track an International shipment and guarantee delivery is to opt for an Overnight delivery option through our respective carriers. This is an option for guarantee and does provide tracking. However, expect to pay a lofty premium for such service to International destinations. We are absolutely not responsible for any tariffs or taxes administered by customs or any other organization when levied on International shipments that originate from C.J.’s Candle Creations.
Pay by check:
If you want to mail in an order, you can expedite the process by sending in a money order, cashiers or certified check made out to C.J.”s Candle Creations. You may use a personal check but it must include your drivers license number, a valid credit card (as a backup payment method), cc expiration date, telephone number, and billing address. USA residents only! A $30.00 fee will be charged to your credit card if your check is returned along with your original order amount. You may also use an online check.
When to expect delivery:
C.J.’s candle Creations candles are hand- poured individually. We do not use machinery in our production. Orders are done on a first come first serve bases. We try to get all orders completed within 3 business days, before shipping to you the customer. |
